We also provide comprehensive on-site and web-based training upon software deployment and also at any point of time thereafter so that you never face any issues with handling our software.

First and second level technical support is provided locally in Malaysia by MATEL Software, while third level escalation is handled directly and remotely by our partners eZee Technosys from their centralized support center in India.
